We honed our skills as writers in news rooms for almost a decade each. And not just in any old news rooms. We built our credentials at four of Australia's most trusted news sources: ABC, SBS, Fairfax and AAP.
Since 2015 we've been working with award-winning marketing agencies to write high-quality copy for CommSec, Prospa, Westpac, Suncorp, QBE and Colonial First State.
Nowadays we’re an official MFAA Support Service Provider. That means the MFAA has checked us out, recognised the work we do adds value to the Australian mortgage broking industry, and welcomed us into the fold.
A titbit about Thea: Nothing fazes her. Her first interview as a TV journalist, fresh out of uni, was with Mark “Chopper” Read. She’s also travelled to Iraq and talked her way into a maximum-security Bulgarian prison cell for ABC Radio.
Thea has been locked up herself numerous times for the handing down of the Federal Budget, a punishment she’d wish upon no one.
A titbit about David: He likes a little mischief. While documenting a shipwreck hunt with world renowned wreck hunter David Mearns, he was almost thrown in the brig for squid-jigging off the side of the ship with navy cadets at 2am.
As a journalist David toured with the Wallabies, documented murder trials and, bloodier still, covered the knifing of three Prime Ministers from the Federal Press Gallery.
